European Partnership – Help for Schools in Need has just started to create an aid network. Supporting members have been recruited and will communicate with each other, schools in need of help and support have been chosen, and the first charity events are being planned and prepared. We are now in phase one.
In the second phase European Partnership – Help for Schools in Need will be established as a non-profit organization in accordance with the German law of association. Many of the supporting members are willing to do active work on the executive committee. Donors and sponsors will be asked for their support for school projects in the Third World.
For the future we are planning to build up contacts between European schools that want to help and schools in troubled regions. European Partnership – Help for Schools in Need wants to give new impulses to schools and develop innovative partnership projects between schools in Europe and schools in for example Bolivia, India and Mali. We hope to attract dedicated and creative teachers who can work with vigour and determination for the improvement of schools in need by organizing appealing fund-raising campaigns.
